Rohan has spent his career in the ServiceNow ecosystem across telecom, insurance, and SaaS operations. Since 2019, he has led Prometheas ServiceNow programs focused on CMDB reliability, ITOM, SecOps, and operating models that keep platform work useful after launch.
He's the author of Prometheas's CMDB rebuild playbook and a frequent speaker at regional ServiceNow user-group meetups. He mentors delivery teams on platform governance, service ownership, and practical certification paths.
