Kabir Malhotra

Kabir leads Prometheas's Product Engineering practice across customer portals, SaaS products, mobile experiences, cloud modernization, and AI-enabled product features. His role is to help clients move from product ambition to launch-ready systems with clear ownership, adoption planning, integration discipline, and a realistic path for post-launch evolution. Before joining Prometheas, he helped scale digital products in SaaS, health-tech, and retail-tech environments. He brings that operating perspective into client work: the product has to be useful for customers, measurable for business owners, supportable for operations, and maintainable for the teams who inherit it.
