She moved from Service Cloud rollouts for health insurers into cross-cloud integration and now runs Prometheas's Salesforce practice with a strong view on customer-data foundations. Her recent work has focused on production Agentforce deployments in regulated industries, where grounded context, guardrails, and audit trails are not optional.
